Always be safe and courteous On our Roads.
Always obey the road rules and the roadside signage.
Using common sense is a good thing;
When driving with two lanes to choose from it’s courteous to consider other road users when you have a choice of which lane to be in.
If you can see a vehicle attempting to enter the traffic from a side street ahead of you, you can continue driving as you have the right of way.
If you are travelling in the lane in which the vehicle is attempting to enter; If it is safe to do so it’s courteous to change lanes to allow the vehicle to enter.
What DON’T you do? Change lanes, preventing the driver from entering. That's one way of being a road hogg.
Safe driving makes driving safe.
